EVA FOAM WALL MATS

A light weight mat made from the same material (EVA) you would normally find on the soles of a pair of trainers or flip flops. EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) is a space age material that can be produced in a range of different hardness’s to suit most applications, it is completely impervious to liquids so it will not soak up urine and become smelly. Our EVA wall mats have been produced to 60 shore hardness to withstand kicks from horses when fitted to stable and horsebox walls. Being a semi-rigid foam EVA wall matting will simply dent when kicked and then slowly recover, it is rapidly becoming more popular than traditional plastic Stockboard (re-cycled polyethylene sheet) which has a tendency to warp in hot conditions. Weighing just  kg (10mm thick) EVA wall matting is extremely easy to install by simply bonding it to the walls using a general purpose contact adhesive.
