NEW AND REPLACEMENT YARD SCRAPER BLADES
Rubber Manufacturing Services can supply replacement rubber yard scraper blades to suit any make and model of agricultural yard scraper whether it be an old or new “branded” make such as Twose, Browns and Flemming, or even a one off home made machine.
If your yard scraper blade wears down beyond serviceable use, you will most likely find that the original manufacturer or Agricultural merchant that you bought it from will encourage you to buy a completely new scraper by making cost of the replacement rubber blades almost as much as the cost of an entirely new machine.
We however can provide you with choice of purpose made abrasive resistant rubber scraper blades all produced to the original scraper manufacturers same specifications, or alternatively a bespoke made to order replacement rubber scraper blades produced from either new abrasive resistant rubber, or good used rubber conveyor belting.
It is also possible for you to order a blade that may improve your machines scraping capabilities by choosing either a thicker or thinner blade than was originally fitted, it is entirely up to you, almost anything is possible.
All of our replacement rubber scraper blades come with “punched” elongated bolt holes to suit the original scrapers dimensions, or for one off and home made scrapers simply provide us with the hole centre measurements.
We have the machinery and capabilities to “punch” neat elongated bolt holes through rubber up to 2inch thick, the elongated bolt holes allow a bit of extra adjustment and make fixing the rubber scraper blade to the scraper frame (usually in dirty and difficult circumstances) much easier than with round “drilled” holes.
