Rubber Manufacturing Services stock and supply a wide range of rubber stable mats and light weight EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) stable mats.
Our Stable Mats are available in range of different types and finishes including:

BUBBLE TOP / BROAD RIB STABLE MATS
HAMMER TOP / CUSHION BACK STABLE MATS, and
LIGHT WEIGHT INTERLOCKING E.V.A STABLE MATS.
We have been in business for over 35 years, and have been selling and installing stable mats for more than 20 years, so we know what works and pride ourselves in only stocking and supplying the highest quality stable mats, most of which have been tried and tested for many years in stables around the country.
We also offer a full fitting service for all of our stable mats, where they can be either loose laid or fully sealed to create a 100% water tight floor.
LOOSE LAID: The Rubber stable mats are fitted wall to wall as tight as possible to prevent any movement and to help stop any wet from getting underneath the mats. The stable mats are cut as required to fit into the stable and to fit around any obstacles neatly. If any wet does get undreneath the stable mats they can be removed for cleaning and then replaced, however at 45kg for a 1.2m x 1.8m rubber stable mat this can be quite hard work.
FULLY SEALED: The Rubber stable mats are fitted wall to wall, and cut where required to fit into the stable and around any obstacles neatly. The joint between each stable mat is then "V Grooved" out using a special tool, and then a black polyurethane sealant/adhesdive is applied to create a complete seal/weld between each mat and around the outer edges between the walls and the mats. This method creates and completely water tight sealed rubber floor that can be hosed or pressure washed out if required.
