Delivery to UK mainland is 2-3 days, and Ireland 3-4 days, once the order has been dispatched. Orders placed before 1pm are normally dispatched the same day.
Goods shipped on a pallet are collected and delivered by an appointed pallet courier, who will contact you prior to delivering the goods to arrange an appropriate day and time window. If a forklift or similar is not available at the delivery point, the goods must be unloaded by hand by the customer (although most of the delivery drivers may be more than happy to help with unloading, it is not their responsibility), unless a tail-lift delivery has been requested. This can only be done by phoning your order to through to us and requesting a tail-lift delivery at that time.
All deliveries must be signed for.
Most of our goods are heavy items which unfortunately can sometimes cause complications with delivery. We apologies in advance for any unforeseen delays that can occur. We endeavor to avoid any such issues and will do our very best to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
For large orders of mats or heavy multiple items, we recommend calling us to discuss the most suitable delivery method.
Next day delivery is available if the item/items are in stock and the order is received before mid-day. However this can only be arranged by calling us on 01270 767717.
